Day 1

So, day 1.
I was woken y, my husband, a bit earlier than I usually get out of bed. I have trouble falling asleep so I sleep long into the next day and I want to change that.

I went with my husband to the gym this morning and did my stretches and then I walked home. It’s about 9 km home and a lot of hills, so it took a while.

A short while after we came home we got a visit from a friend from work and that was really nice. I have not been so social the last couple of months but I do enjoy a visit once in a while.

Now I’m fixing dinner, salad, tofu and tomatoes from the garden.
Today’s weight: 25kg to go
Today’s mood: A bit stressed before the visit, otherwise good
Today’s workout: 9km Walk
